UPDATE: Russia’s consolidated budget deficit rises 6.1% in January–August

MOSCOW, Oct 7 (PRIME) -- Russia’s consolidated budget deficit increased 6.1% to 904.046 billion rubles in January–August, as seen by PRIME in materials of the Federal Treasury on Friday.
Budget revenues stood at 17.198 trillion rubles as of September 1, and spending amounted to 18.102 trillion rubles.
The materials also said that Russia’s federal budget deficit stood at 1.445 trillion rubles in the period, with revenue of 8.144 trillion rubles and spending of 9.589 trillion rubles.
Surplus of the consolidated budget of regions stood at 460.8 billion rubles, revenue was 6.333 trillion rubles and spending 5.873 trillion rubles.
In 2015, Russia’s consolidated budget deficit amounted to 2.814 trillion rubles.
